Youth Engagement Professional
Are you passionate about working with youth and making a lasting impact? We’re looking for a positive role model to support after-school and summer programs focused on academics, personal growth, and healthy living. You’ll tutor, mentor, and help lead fun, meaningful activities in a safe, supportive environment. If you’re dependable and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $11–$12/hour, based on experience.
Bus Driver
This position safely transports students to and from C4K sites, performs routine vehicle inspections, and manages maintenance needs to ensure passenger safety. Duties include driving prescribed routes, supervising students during transport, delivering meals as needed, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. Candidates must hold a valid Tennessee CDL (Class B with passenger and air brakes endorsement) and have a safe driving record.

Erica joined Coalition For Kids in December 2024, bringing a heart for children and a strong background in human resources. With years of experience in HR leadership, training, and compliance, Erica has dedicated her career to supporting teams that serve youth and families.
A proud ETSU alum and former Lady Bucs basketball player, Erica holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the university. She’s been honored with inductions into the Happy Valley High School and Carter County Halls of Fame.
Outside of work, Erica is all about family—mom to three, “Mimi” to one grandson, and dog mom to two. She’s active in her church, loves cheering from the sidelines at ballgames, working in her yard, and spending time with her significant other, Chad.
