Are you passionate about making a lasting impact in kids’ lives? As a regional director, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting our afterschool and summer programs. Working alongside the director of programming, you’ll mentor and support site directors, ensuring programs run smoothly and meet the needs of the children we serve. You’ll also step in to lead when needed, helping shape an environment that fosters spiritual, physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to mentor, educate, evaluate, and build relationships that strengthen our mission.

As a Site Director, you will make a lasting impact on children’s lives in a nurturing, Christ-like environment. You will support and supervise tutors, ensure the holistic development of each child, and build relationships with staff, children, community partners, and parents. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing programs, overseeing daily activities, and maintaining student records.
