We're bringing marketing in-house, and we're looking for someone to run it day-to-day. You'll take the brand standards and priorities set by leadership and turn them into a steady flow of on-brand content across social media, donor communications, program materials, email, print, and our website, including capturing photos and video at our programs and events. Based in Johnson City, with travel across the Tri-Cities.

As a Site Director, you will make a lasting impact on children’s lives in a safe and nurturing environment. You will support and supervise tutors, ensure the holistic development of each child, and build relationships with staff, children, community partners, and parents. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing programs, overseeing daily activities, and maintaining student records. This full-time position offers a collaborative work environment and the chance to make a difference.

Pay: $15-18/hour, multiple positions available.
