As a Site Director, you will make a lasting impact on children’s lives in a safe and nurturing environment. You will support and supervise tutors, ensure the holistic development of each child, and build relationships with staff, children, community partners, and parents. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing programs, overseeing daily activities, and maintaining student records. This full-time position offers a collaborative work environment and the chance to make a difference.

Working alongside the director of programming, you’ll mentor and support site directors, ensuring programs run smoothly and meet the needs of the children we serve. You’ll also step in to lead when needed, helping shape an environment that fosters spiritual, physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. This role leads Coalition For Kids' volunteer and community outreach efforts, from recruiting and onboarding volunteers to building relationships with churches, businesses, and civic organizations. You'll coordinate service projects, manage the volunteer database, and represent C4K at community events.
